Cancellation Policy for Services

  • There is a 24- hour cancellation/reschedule for Haircuts and a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule notice for Colors.

    • A 75% fee for services reserved will be collected if cancelled/rescheduled outside the times above.

  • Color Corrections and Specialty Colors require a 72-hour cancellation/reschedule policy.

    • A 100% fee for services reserved will be collected if cancelled/rescheduled outside of the time above.

No- Shows

  • No-shows will be charged a 100% fee for services reserved and will require a deposit for future appointments.

Lateness

  • Clients 10 minutes or later may be subject to reschedule & 100% fee.

Adjustments

  • I value your honest feedback and want you to leave completely satisfied. If you need an adjustment to your haircut or color, please contact me within 5 days of your original appointment.

A credit card on file is required for all services reserved. Your card will not be charged at the time of scheduling unless a deposit is required. You will be notified before any charges are made. Please refer to our policies above for more details.
